When you work with ATC, securing transportation for your road show attendees is easy and intuitive. You’ll be provided with a destination management coordinator at the time of your initial reservation, who will serve as your primary point-of-contact throughout the preparation process. As you receive flight information and special requests from registered guests, you will provide this information to your ATC Transportation client services representative, who will immediately arrange the appropriate transportation. Throughout the process of planning the event, your destination management coordinator will remain in close contact to provide updates and answer any questions you may have about your service.
